Right Part Right Time ( RPRT) concept to monitor & reduce loss across value chain; increased plant efficiency by 27%, reduced WIP by 48% & lead time by 34% and committed ship date @100%
Accomplished:
– $ 1.8 million cost saving through resource optimization such as tooling, diesel, electricity, container size, packaging, general consumable & machine spare
– Cost saving of $120K by expediting 100% subcontracting of complex truck sub assembly process & outsourcing truck frame fabrication process.

1. Built-in quality (BIQ) culture by encoding stop capability & stop to fix mindset across O2C value chain, thereby achieving over 99% first time through 82% reduction in factory rework time & 96% reduction in internal failure cost.
2. Intensive care mindset process to achieve CpK of 100% critical process & product parameter >1.67 to help the organization launch the production spike free in greenfield engine production line.
